Heitaro Onizuka (鬼塚 平太郎) is a police officer and head of the Mouse Capture Division in the MØUSE manga. Completely driven to capture Mouse at all cost, he gets extremely angry at how the media always poses MØUSE as a hero figure and how Mouse always eludes his grasp.
